How to access Suncare services
Suncare services can be accessed through the Australian Government funded programmes; Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Home Care Packages or through your own private funding.  The programs are allocated following a My Aged Care assessment.

Flexible services centred around you
Lifestyle changes can occur for a variety of different reasons, for example customers who have been receiving cleaning services or personal care following a fall or illness may now have improved mobility. With Suncare’s approach to flexible services, we can offer support like wellbeing activities, social outings and events. We also offer transport services so you can meet up with friends and family or take you to appointments – even help you with your grocery shopping.

Other services such as home modifications could make a world of difference to your day to day life. Bathroom rails and kitchen modifications can provide more safety in your home. 
By looking at Suncare’s programs and services, you could find there a whole range of beneficial support services which are more in line with your changing lifestyle.
