- Encourage participation of all stakeholders in decision-making and activities that impact on their quality of life.
- Maintain a cohesive, progressive and positive organisation addressing relevant issues facing our client group.
- Work with all Stakeholders at Local, State and National levels to create a high profile for our Organisations by ensuring that all opportunities are turned in to actions that meet the needs of clients within our area.
- Create policies to maximise the participation of the community in all programs which affect their future health, social, economic and spiritual well-being.
- Attract and retain committed, knowledgeable and skilled personnel (including volunteers) who will thrive and progress within an innovative and learning environment.
- Procure funding which will meet the requirements of all programs identified within our Organisations.
