Community Alternative Transport ServiceThe Community Alternative Transport Service is funded by a joint Commonwealth/State Program. The Community Alternative Transport Service is designed to assist people who experience frail age or disabilities over the age of 18 years. Shopping BusThe shopping bus runs Monday to Thursday from the following areas.
The cost is $5 return - $8 per couple.
Medical and Other TransportAll prices are quoted when you make a booking. Prices range from $4.00 to $20.00. Costs are calculated on distance travelled from your pickup point to your destination. Appointments for hospital, medical, dental, physio, podiatry, massage, xray and scans, chiropractic, hairdresser or any other appointment. You could also visit the library, a friend or relative at their home or in a hospital or nursing home.
