You would be part of a team of dedicated people spread across more than 9 centres covering the Brisbane North and Central Queensland Regions of Queensland including Carebus ‘mobile information units’ and Carelink making a difference in the lives of many community members and clients. Suncare does this by providing innovative, flexible and compassionate care in a range of care services including respite care, domestic assistance, mental health and disability services, information and referral, meals on wheels, day respite, cottage respite, community Transport and more.

With locations throughout Queensland from Toombul in Brisbane North to Rockhampton and west to Longreach, we can offer you a variety of work in your chosen field and a choice of locations.

Staff development

Suncare Community Services Inc. staff and volunteers are highly valued for the unique and dedicated contribution they make to meet the needs of carers and other clients. To assist them in their roles the organisation is committed to creating a learning environment that maximises both personal and professional development.

Staff development is highly regarded across our regional Centres and our Training Section in consultation with Managers undertake training needs analysis and then offer the appropriate encouragement and opportunity for staff to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to meet changing needs in the workplace.
