Welcome to Suncare Community Services
Who we are
We provide care, support, information and referral services to members of the community including:
- Carers of a person who is frail aged and
- Frail aged persons who live independently and care for themselves, need some assistance and they have a neighbour, friend or family member who checks in on them.
- people of all ages with a disability and their carers
- those individuals and their carers requiring nursing or allied health support following release from hospital
- individuals and carers who are in need of mental health support and education.

Suncare Community Services Inc.Who is a Carer?A Carer is someone who provides substantial care and support to a friend or relative who is young or frail aged who has a mental illness, a disability, a chronic illness or requiring palliative care.A Carer can also be a friend or neighbour who assists and supports someone who is frail aged, lives alone, cares for them self independently but also needs assistance. |
Suncare Community Operations extend from Rockhampton in the north, across to Longreach in the west and down to Gympie,
Sunshine Coast through Brisbane North areas including Caboolture, Pine Rivers and Toombul.  |
